My cvs pockets (I have one card for me and one for hubby) have my cvs card, my green tag, my rainchecks, my ECB's.
My walgreens pocket has my register rewards and rainchecks.
Then I also have a pocket for Target, Publix, and Walmart. The spare pocket is just used for misc things like coupons i ended up not using or whatever else I might need.
Each week I figure out my sales for the week. I make a list and print it then I place it in the correct folder. I also pull what ever coupons I have for the week that I need and put it in the corresponding folder.
Afraid your gonna miss out on sale? Just put the binders in your car and if you have to you can run back out to your car and grab what you need. I also have a little purple rolling cart that collapses down if your not using it or you can place your coupon binders inside of it to easily transport it to and from your car to the house. As I said I have 3 binders so I can't carry all of them at once.

I have a ton of rainchecks for each CVS account so to keep track of what I am still looking for a I make an ongoing list and I add the items I am shopping for this week to the list and remove any from the list that I managed to pick up during the week This also helps me to remember to grab a raincheck if my item is not available. For Example here is one of my lists I starred out the end of my phone number for privacy

So as you can see on my list I mark RC next to the items that I have a raincheck for and then below that are the items I am going for this week. Now when I go to the store instead of looking thru all my rainchecks to see what I need I can pull out my list and see ok I need this this and this
